ohh my... I found a rat in my salad at a local restaurant. how do I go about suing their ass?


ok it's never happened to me but what should I do if something like that happens?

call manager, keep the rat salad then call lawyer?

Rats are among the cleanest animals around ... unless they get into human's garbage. I agree with Stacey, take them home and show them some love :) and if you get enough of them running around a large gerbil wheel, you can power a small appliance :D

Rat Salad might have been one of the earlier names for the famous band that later became Van Halen. I'd have to do some music research to refresh my memory.
