Seat Post purchase advise needed

I have this Trek Madone 5.2 (2007) and it has a CF seat post with the saddle clamp screw coming from the side instead from under the saddle. I find that a nice feature and want to purchase a few of these post for my other bikes and friends bikes.
I have not found a good source for that on Internet.
Does anyone know how to do it?
I checked Trek but cannot get anywhere with their site.
