Singlespeed & Fixed Gear - help identifying my stem....

this is a specialized stem i recently got for my bike.
any idea what it is, what it was from, what model it is?

1" quill, positive rise, cable stop for cantis/centerpulls, tigged, Specialized = probably from some late 80's or early 90's MTB/hybridish thing. Probably pretty good stuff, but I doubt it had a model # or anything, it's just an OEM part.
BTW, I would route your R brake cable around the L side of the head tube, you'll have less bend in your housing. And straighten your saddle :)

Woah, cool stem! I love the old MTB stems that have built in cable stops.
