i packed up my old apartment last week to move into my new joint. Yesterday, i finally finished unpacking and my helmet is nowhere to be found :confused: i found the visor in one of the bags that that i put away, but no helmet :eek: wonder if it ended up in the land of lost socks?? i wanted to go for a ride this weekend too. :(

Simple, go get a new helmet, the weekend isn't lost.

Bummer, just go for a ride anyways and be careful. Or, get a new halmut and then go for a ride. I can't wait to move into my new joint, t-minus 4 days or so.

that's partially the reason why I never really throw away old helmets, you never know when you'll need em. I bought a skate helmet from a lcal sporting goods store on clearance, I had originally intended to start skating, as the bike was in a stage of disrepair. But now I have it just in case.
