Wearing my seatbelt every time apparently reduces my biological age 2 years. I'm a 12 year old living in a 23 year old body.

Mostly a result of wearing my seatbelt, taking few drugs, and not having a family history of anything they cared about in the questionnaire.

The test said I will probably die next week, so I should grab some whiskey and plane tickets to vegas.

48/36.8 - I don't smoke, drink, take risks, I exercise regularly, and my cholesterol is insanely low. How are you guys (Tom & Rdad) scoring so much lower?

Very low cholesterol, low stress, diabetes in remission, very, very active! My family is also long lived....my grandparents made 95+.

It makes sense in prolonging life expectancy... but not biological age...

I call shenanigans!

Took the test as I sit here grinding out some work since I have ANOTHER long road trip this week, drinking a beer, stressing about my sick 2 year old, worrying about my fantasy football team, after another little tiff with my wife. . .

Cycling done right (high speed in tight groups) is a risky activity. I gave myself a high score for that factor.

There were no questions asking about the level of obesity reached or digestive system manipulation.

The cycling worked both ways-- lots of exercise and reduced driving mileage, but also a risky behavior (you should have seen yesterday's racing...)

The tract manipulation is a nonissue, based off of my blood work ;)

Coronary output fraction is superior

Lung Capacity is 5.32 liters

Blood O2 saturation never drops below 97%, even at sustained MaxHR, and my last stress test was exceptional;.

Cholesterol and sugars are textbook, all other blood components are normal and barring accident, I expect a long and healthy life ;) :)

That bad, jsharr? :p

Real age is 34. Bio age is 24.3. Average life expectancy is 83.7. My dad didn't live past 44 and my oldest grandparent died at 56, but all my great grandparents except the one who died in the influenza pandemic of 1918 were all in their 70's and 80's when they died. The ones who died young were either substance abusers or totally ravaged by the 20th century, modern diet. Hopefully, my brother and I will return the family to the "norm". :)

Biological Age = 31
Real Age = 24

And a life expectancy of 81.

Now I just have to eat better, exercise more and meet a nice girl and I'll get younger.:p

I'll never get a really low score with a family history of heart disease and my hypertension.

Wow. Not bad, but I really gotta lose this weight and get my BP down. That was the tall pole in the survey that really brought my score down!

Is riding a bike a "High Risk Activity"?

Men in my family tended to not live very long...due to industrial accidents and war. My dad, at 70, is a true survivor! Women in my family live well into their 80's and 90's.

It helps to pick good relatives!
