The stem is for normal sized 25.4 and 25.8 bars and the bars are 31.8 oversized. Not a match. Try again.

OK,, lets forget the oversize handlebars


I have currently got the Trek SU 300 with Bontrager Cruiser/flat handlebars and Im looking for a adjustable stem which would fit. I was thinking of ordering this stem for it but don’t know if it fits.

You measure the dia of where the stem clamps around the bar. I can't really tell from your picture whether you bar is oversized or not. Ride down to your LBS or measure it yourself to find out.

I went to my LBS got advice and bought the stem , now I just have to figure out how to put it on my bike.
