I got in a funk yesterday and didn't take any. :( Patsy is not pleased. She was only ridden for 10 miles this weekend and she, like me, feels very, very pudgy and blah.

How's the knee holding up?

Thanks for asking, George. :) It's better for sure. No more pain, but I only did a walk/run yesterday. Funny thing - the walk/run nearly kicked my ass! I was shocked how out of shape I am OFF the bike. And today, I now have a blood blister on my left little toe.

I'm falling apart...:o

Hahaha, I get the same feeling whenever I try and run. Not good. It may be time to start training for a triathlon

Glad your knee is feeling better. Don't hammer it with the weights.

Thanks, Ron. :) You know, I used to run and hike on a regular basis, but I spend so much time on a bike or in spin class or jump roping, simply walking at a brisk pace is a workout. That's shocking to me. But I won't hammer the weights tonight. I'm going to keep it lighter. I really need to workout though!

My SS conversion. Former Univega. Now branded as a tax write-off for my fledgling business. Original discussion: here. (http://www.bikeforums.net/showthread.php?t=329909). I have swapped out the wheels since then, as seen below. I also have a lot of garden gnomes.

Here is my new road bike..... or new to me. any idea what its worth? I paid 20 bones and if it fits me I plan to through a few bucks at it.

(BTW the Mexican machine guns are not my doing.... I purchased this bike from this pot head neighbor who found this bike in the trash and was commuting on it because of a pending DUI)

Now I have mud on the drive train too. Argh, I hate the cleaning part. Gotta pay to play.
