Only you know if it's truly worth it to you. Value is very subjective.
Personally, I wouldn't buy it.
i mean could this be the very same chain Ben's sells for $69.?

Do you know the difference between a $10, $20, and $50 chain?
If so, then go to page 22. If not, then go to page 147.
Page 22: "Yes the chain is worth it because you understand and appreciate the subtle differences and those minute differences justify spending 4 times the standard cost."
Page 147: "No because chances are you might not feel the difference anyway."

I had one at one point.
Its a beefy built chain and clearly stronger, better than the KMC crap.
Id say, yes, worth the money.

What about noise, what are the quietest chains?

KMC 710SL (also known as KOOL SL). Very quiet and tolerant of chainline, light for a 1/8 chain, more readily available.
i saw this on ebay but its not packaged and the pic is not all that clear . weird : /

I have a KMC 710SL and an HKK Vertex on different bikes and they are both super quiet. Both have EAI cogs and Sugino rings and are properly tensioned and lubed. I haven't noticed a difference between the two set-ups and the chains are the only thing not the same.
if you chain is lubed nicely and your drivetrain is straight (or straight enough) and in good condition it should be quiet regardless of chain brand.

...though some cogs are louder than others.
some cogs mothers are....nevermind.

^^ ...are bigger than other cogs mothers?
Considering that a 10-speed DA chain is $60 and a Wipperman is $100, what's the big deal with a $30 chain for fixed?

A)Because returns for single speed chains diminish after $20.
B) You do know that a 10-speed chain does other stuff than a single speed chain, right?

I just realized that since switching to a Kool chain over a month ago that I haven't heard my drive at all. :)

Seriously, every Wipperman chain I've used has been ear-splitting. Great chains though!

1/8 or 3/32?
The 1/8" K710 is the my chain of choice for about 2 years now.
(Yes, there is another chain on my bike in my sig photos, but it's been replaced with a K710.)

1/8", on a FSA track ring and Surly cog. I had been running 510HXs on all my bikes for the past couple of years too. I don't really mind the noise, but I can't help but feel like its probably adding a bit of drag.
Perhaps it will quiet down after a couple more hundred kilometers.

B) You do know that a 10-speed chain does other stuff than a single speed chain, right?
A) That's a completely arbitrary statement - marginal returns on anything above Formula hubs can be described in the same way but people continue to buy $250 Phils. What is the price of buying "exclusivity?"
B) It's not a far-fetched analogy to compare 10-speed chains to SS chains. The point is, there is a precedent for $100 chains (which are in fact very popular) so why is a $30 SS so ridiculous? $20 vs $30 is highly immaterial - in fact, I've seen markups bigger than that price differential between online and LBS.
