Fifty Plus (50+) - Wow! Check this out...(not really bike related)

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Wow! Just how great can a person look over 70?
I've read that even a 90 year old can build muscle mass...
Hi alicestrong,
I saw an article about Jim Morris in the LA Times last week. Pretty amazing. :)

It's inspiring to see people remain passionate about whatever sport they enjoy.
I'd like to see him ten years from now, too...:)

Hey, remember when Ronald Reagan chopped wood and built muscle mass??
The great thing about the pic you posted is that his forehead does not protrude and he doesn't have a distema. This guy could have been a natural body builder. I wish I had a link to the poster that shows the old grey headed and goateed guy w/dumbells facing the camera w/a full six pack and shoulders and bis that look like something a fit 30 yr. old would envy.

I think the guy is a piker compared to Jack Lalanne (although Lalanne is a bit commercialized).

Jack's jumpsuit always made me suspicious; like what's he hiding? Is he still towing stuff?
