In the Living Car-Free forum, someone posted a link to the Reader article on steep streets in San Diego. Texas canyon barely rated a mention.

Just remember, these are the fun streets to go down! :D

I know most of these hills. I avoid all these hills. I want to make it to the 60+, the 70+, and beyond forums!

+1 I used to work in SD and those hills are steep, dangerous and have numerous intersections where cars may or may not stop. They are difficult to manage in a car. But I have seen skateboarders go down and it is amazing that they make it past 10 years old.

But most Skateboarders I have met have a mental age of about 3 so they have a few years in hand
