Is this the bike that you guys milled down the head tube a smidge for the Lefty to fit?

You just built it...the boy needs to buy WalMart bikes until he quits growing.

Make him sleep in a box that is just about as big as he is. He'll naturally adapt and stop growing. Like a goldfish.

Yeah, that's the one. He's at about 6'2" now, and all parts will be moved onto a XL Taurine frame. We only milled a few MMs off it - it'll still work with a regular fork. I'm thinking the frame has about 160 miles on it.........

we HAVE started to encourage him to drink caffinated products to stunt his growth.

Yeah, I don't the the scant milling would cause a problem...just wondering if it was the same frame. 160 miles?!!! Did he quit racing? (hehe)

6'2" and only 9 years old...buy the boy a 3xl 29'er...he's sure to pass 7'!

I'd think about it ap, but I'm 6'2" also. It wouldn't fit me.

With fat people, the size of the box is not as important as the availability of food in the box.

Go ahead and buy him the biggest Salsa Mamasita frame so he can grow into it. :)

Actually, he only raced 10 races this year - after Sugar Mtn, he didn't race until last Sunday (WVMBA Championship) due to all sorts of weird things....... So, yeah, Sport class, 14-16 miles per race, 10 races - 160 odd miles. He only used that bike for racing...
