Here it is...
102 MM Record bottom bracket
Record 10 speed double crankset
Chain rubs on the inner surface of the outer ring when in the second and smallest cog, while on the inner ring. Smallest cog would not distress me, as I don't generally cross my chain all the way, but I'd like the second cog to be usable.
Suggestion wrenches?

put a very narrow (1mm?) spacer on the right (drive) side of the bottom bracket to make that angle to the rear cogs slightly less. That or a longer bottom bracket should work however the longer bottom bracket will affect that chainline which is probably oh so nice right now.

The spacer mentioned above will affect chainline as well.
You can probably find a cog near the middle or a bit to the inside whilst in your big chainring that will be the same as the gear you want to use with your small ring.
For example as 53X21 is virtually the same as a 39X15
To compare divide the number of teeth on the rings by the number of teeth on the cogs, the above combinations work out be- 2.52 and 2.6 or 68.4 and 70.2 gear inches with a 700C or 27 inch wheel ( 2.52 and 2.6 multiplied by 27)
