Very simple thread.

I know a bunch of people here use Jamie Roys as all-weather bikes. What fenders do you use? Im currently using 700x25 tires but will probably be going to something slightly wider for the winter if possible. What size tire can I go up to while using fenders?

Any responses appreciated. :)

Thanks.

PlanetBike fenders, which you should buy because they are affordable and great, come in racing (skinny), hybrid (medium), and MTB (WIDE) sizes. The wide ones are much wider than anything that will fit the clearance of your bike. You should be able to run at least 28s. If 32s will fit your bike, get some of those and the medium PB fenders.

i'm with mathletics...planet bike is the winner...sks are nice, but my PB fenders are great. Maybe its just because they're yellow?

The SKS fenders seem decent, but I managed to crack the rear fender in half where I punched a hole to attach to the brake bridge of my JR. I'd like to find a fender that would work well with the nifty boss on the bridge.

Are the planet bike fenders made from the same material as the sks?
