So my goal is to become lean. I'm about 5'7 150lbs.

I am a runner and I sorta want to drop about 10 lbs and keep it off. Now that I am not running regularly, I have gained about 10 lbs.

I am planning on getting back in shape once I clear up some injuries.

I was watching what I was eating and dropped about 7 pounds in the spring. How do you lose weight and keep it off.

Watching what I eat drives me crazy and it makes me crave stuff more.

There is no real magic formula. To keep the weight off you really do need to change your life style, and eat healthier.

Portion control at the table is about the only sure-fire method I know.

Keep doing whatever you were doing to drop the 7 pounds. More running (or whatever), less calories.

Eat more often, every 2-3 hours and add weights. That will help increase your metabolism so that while you recover from the injuries, you can get stronger.

Good breakfast. Decent lunch. Low cal snack in afternoon (white tea and M&M's ), and a light but healthy supper. Minimize alcohol. No worries.:)

eat what you want and train like you've got some sort of personality disorder. works for me.
