Alt Bike Culture - bike shopping cart

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

At least you never have to ask what pressure he runs his front tire(s) at :)

thats my guess, the headtube would have to be 90* for it to work well.

It's not photoshopped, I saw how to make it on a DIY site. I wish I remembered where. They also said that it doesn't steer very well.

You'll find it here. http://www.instructables.com/id/EOHJ5QSF5HVPDCE/?ALLSTEPS
Setting the head tube at 90* will make it corner much better. With it set stock it lifts the inside wheels. Cut and reweld the head tube or add another in front of the existing one shimmed to 90*.

Well, YEAH, but don't you have to steam clean it twice a year?
Then I'd suppose it's hard to get in the grocery store!

I bike in flipflops everyday. In fact I haven't had a pair of shoes or socks on since February unless of course you count clogs. I have had them on a couple of times when my flipflops were wet.

I pedal with my feet splayed out about 30-40 degrees have the time though and sometimes I slip off a pedal. I like my feet cocooned--I suppose it's a subjective taste.
I'm a simpleyoung anyhoo.
