In this thread (http://www.bikeforums.net/showthread.php?t=321857&highlight=road+morph). It is mentioned that the plastic piece at the top of the barrel unscrews, giving access to the insides.

Mine just spins and does not unscrew. this is the black plastic piece with silver band that has the hook for the hose. Am I turning the right piece?

Other end. bottom of the pump unscrews, the whole black plastic part that the hose is attached to unscrews from the sliver metal barrel.

Actually it is the end I mentioned. Stopped by the bike shop. They figured it out. You need to put the handle in the "storage position" and twist the handle.

Really? My other end wouldn't budge. Exactly how did you do it? It would be nice to run something through the tube to clean it.

The whole black plastic part just unscrewed.
