Here is one example. It happens regularly though.

It can be misleading. I have clicked on some of these links only to be taken to completely different threads.

This has been a problem for a long while now and I reported it shortly after this feature was added. I see it was never resolved. I'll make sure the guys at IB see this and hopefully they'll look into it.
