So after the cortisone shot I backed off the NSAIDs (aleve) a bit and figured recovery was imminent. It's now been three days and the shoulder feels more tender than ever. Anybody know how long these cortisone shots take to kick in with their miracles. (I plan to call the doctor back if no improvement by Monday)
And it now feels like the 15 min morning bike commute does aggravate it. I've raised the handlebars and lowered the seat a bit on my commuter just to minimize the pressure on arms and shoulder. Hopefully that helps too. No exercise in several days now --going crazy.
