Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I am planning on going soon, i know its an easier one then some, but you have to start somewhere. Any info?
well I've ski'd it, but I think I'm gonna head out there next week so I'll report I'll post afterwards. I know they do a century ride to and up it, so I'm not too horribly scared...only slightly:D
Yes, I've ridden up it in the Fitchburg-Lonsjo Classic. It is a hard climb, but there are worse. Fitchburg is the second hilliest city in the country, behind San Francisco. So, if you ride to the base of the climb, don't be surprised that you have to go up some pretty good hills before you get to the mountain itself. The race website might have some more information on it for you: www.longsjo.com
