I worked alot last week so I couldn't make it to the LBS... they called today to check and make sure I was okay. Now that's service I see so many threads bad mouthing LBS for "mark-ups" things like this are the reason I will stay loyal to my LBS as long as I can pedal a bike, they were worried they had done something wrong. Well I just thought I'd praise all you guys that give us great service.
