I just bought the Cat Eye Wireless with cadence and can't seem to get a signal. I ran the sync test: everything okay. Rolling the wheel sounds the dim click as the magnet passes the sensor--same with the cadence magnet. To those who use this unit, what might be the solution to the headache? Could it be the battery in the sensor? I've tried everything. I need it running by this afternoon: going on a 40 mile ride and would love to test it out.

Mine worked perfectly right from the start. It replaced a VDO C3 which worked for a total of about 30 seconds despite many hours of working on it, so I feel your pain... Sorry could not be more helpful.
Neither of the two wireless computers I've tried picked up a signal despite several hours of trial and error, including having the LBS guys mess with it. Said screw it and went back to the wire. Seems to be all or nothing with the wireless.
