Im about to install a set of used Magura Julies, but I cant find a Manual for the '01 model. Does anyone have any info?

Thanks

Where did you get the brakes that they didn't come with a manual?

Take them to a shop and have them bleed them at the same time.

(was 01 the year that the Julie's had that super crappy plastic lever that would flex to the bar? That was the worst lever design ever, and definately turned me off to Magura's for a very long time).

Bought them used from a weight weenie, they have been sitting for the last year, as he switched back to V's.

I'm just looking to find how the calipers are adjusted or if they can be. Otherwise I guess they have to be shimmed?

You will need to shim the caliper to center it. There is no provision for adjusting position of pistons. Push them back in the bore and use a business card on either side to "set" the piston seals. This will help them retract enough to not scrub the rotor.
