Bicycle Mechanics - Adjusting Hayes Hydros

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
I know adjusting these is just really getting the rotor alligned between the pads, but does anyone have any tips? It seems impossible for me to accomplish it without alittle rubbing.
Here's what you do from Dr. Phil.
remove the wheel and take a clean, flat blade screwdriver (wipe it with an alcohol prep pad)
spread the pads apart to full retraction.
Back out the mounting screws a little bit (enough to let you move the caliper)
Re install wheel.
Slide a business or playing card on both sides of the rotor between pads and brake
squeeze the brake lever HARD.
wiggle the caliper and then (while still holding the lever) tighten down the mounting bolts.
Keep the playing card in and pump the brakes a number of times.
remove the card and enjoy drag free running :)
