Took my 2yr old Trek X-01 that had 90% stock parts and gave it a well deserved upgrade. Still considering a new set of wheels and fork... but that's for another day.

Looks cool. Have you tried those tires yet? They look cool but I rode around a little bit on them on my buddy's bike and didn't like 'em.

What front derailleur are you running? Do you have a clamp on pulley?

Thanks. Haven't been out on the tires yet, but will be later this week.

FD is 105, with a clamp pulley. It's shifting perfectly on the stand, we'll see how it holds up though.
