painting an newer bike an warranty? would this void warranty (trek 1600 ) not bad paint job ,but i do not like any paint jobs on the bike my price range. I do know how to paint I'm thinking on ppg candy blue .But not sure on warranty.

Depends on the company. Giant doesn't let you repaint the frame. Not sure about Trek- call them.
