I have been riding a hybrid, and I am thinking about buying a TREK 1500 road bike, can anyone make some recommendations?

I rode a scott sports hybrid p5, and got a new cannondale caad 9 two weeks ago and love it. I tested the 1500 and the felt bikes but thought the caad 9 had a better frame. I was not sorry. it is also very fast.

Buy the 1500, I did. Previously rode a Motebane 10-speed followed by a Schwinn mountain bike. Three years ago a the ago of 52, moved up to the Trek. The bike has been wonderful. I ride about 1000 miles a year, with typical rides of 30 miles if that is useful. This summer the Trek shared duties with a Fuji hybrid. Had too many bikes,,so the Fuji is gone. I am so happy to have my favorite mount as my only mount.
