What Botto said. But hit "reply" to one of the posts, and "Go Advanced" so you can see what the tags look like.

First you need to upload the images to a host server somewhere.

Then you write these tags insert the entire image address (ie http://www.xxxxx.com/img/jpg-) and then close it with this tag

Then hey presto, its done.
