Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Go to the Sheldon Brown site and look for wheel trueing

You will need a spoke wrench, and patience. Dont try and do it in a hurry. There is only so much that you can do by adjusting spoke tension. You may not be able to do any more than reduce the wobble, but it will still be good practice.
Best of luck

If you warped the wheel, no amount of truing is going to fix it.
