I was on a visit to sunny SoCal this past weekend and of course brought my bike. I was planning on riding solo on Saturday for 40-50 miles or so. I happened to run into a fairly large group at the beginning of my ride and asked if I could join in and was told "no problem". We rode up and through Trabuco (sp?), Santiago and Silverado canyons. What an amazing ride! Much more scenic than what I am used to here in the desert with some great climbs! I ended up riding about 85 miles and getting lost a few times on the return trip, but had a great time riding with some really friendly people! I am terrible with names and don't remember any of the names of those who I met. I want to thank any of you all who may visit the Forums and tell you that I appreciate you allowing me to crash your party!
