Today's SF Chronicle posed the question: Is OJ being prosecuted extra hard because he beat the murder rap? Short answer: Of course he is. He's going to have jaywalking added to the charges if the DA thinks he/she can wring one additional day in prison out of it. I leave to each of you to decide for yourselves whether that is appropriate.

Oh, I hear that, if/when he gets out, OJ plans to devote all available time to hunting for the real memorabilia hotel room-invasion perp. And I think we can expect a new storm of controvery when some publisher announces the release of OJ's next magnum opus, "If I Had Gone to That Thieving B*stard's Hotel Room."

OJ is innocent of armed robbery. He has an alibi, he was out stabbing somebody when the robbery occured.

I hear that OJ is concerned that an armed robbery rap could tarnish his public image......

as a double murderer.
