ok so i just cated up to sport and i can do them and keep up but i want to be able to keep up with no problem. Can anyone give me a good training tip or tips that will help

For sport category, yeah he pretty much hit it. Just ride your bike a lot, fast. If you race every weekend, take the day after your race off to recover (recovery is more important that riding, really) and do a short easy ride the day before. Other than that, mix it up. Ride long and fast, short and faster, intervals, practice climbing, whatever. You're young, right? Don't burn yourself out.
They are right. Just ride. You will really see improvements on your times. I just ran a race on the same course that the first race of the year was on and I improved my time by 20 minutes.
