New commuter needs help.

This post concerns a young rider with a 24 inch tire that wants fenders.

You might want to check a shop that sells Recumbent bikes. With the smaller wheelsets, they may have something that might work or would be willing to try and modify something to work. You MIGHT be able to take a set of 26 inch plastic fenders and with using a metal/tin snip, "BOB" the ends to make it fit the 24 incher without too much problems.
