I bet it would be awesome as a relish for a nice cheese plate- some aged Gouda, a Brie au point, a good strong Emmenthaler. Yumsters. Maybe as an alternative to that grade-school favorite, cream cheese and jelly.

I got it at the local Giant. Regular blue collar grocer. "Simply Enjoy" is the brand name. Distributed by Foodhold USA, S&S brands, Inc.
