i just bought a Wrench Force atb mini-pump from the bike store... it's the one that has a psi gauge on it... i was just wondering if this pump is good enough for flat tire fixes to get me back home/car... also, how accurate is the gauge on it... i put the thing on the floor with my finger on the valve and put my weight on the pump to see where it goes up to... it seems like it's up to 100 psi, but in practice, i can only inflate my tire no more than 60 psi... the tire is a 700x23c 110 psi...

i have one. the pump sucks, but it's useful for flat fixes. i'm able to put 105psi into my wheel with quite a bit of physical effort, so i'm hoping i won't ever get 2 flats on the same trip. i got it because it's small and light and it has the psi gauge. i keep it on the bike.

the gauge seems pretty accurate, give or take 5 psi.
