There are these two girls having a conversation in Italian across this coffee shop. I can't understand a word, but i can understand the joy of their conversation. Refreshing to see that we as humans can acknowledge true human emotion regardless of whether or not we understand where it stems from. As the commercial states, it is a "Human element".

Hardly, but i'm getting there.

A cup of coffee and a breakthrough in a psychology paper and the prospects of a short ride in the next few hours followed by a $13 an hour shift of work, followed by a weekend in Madison with all of my closest friends (we flock like geese to various college towns) is putting me in a relatively good mood at the moment.

Oh, and the Italian smile isn't hurting :p
