Framebuilders - steering tube on the LHT

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
I looked on Surly web site and I posted this in the touring sub forum before as well. I'm trying to find out the lenght of the steering tube on the pre built Surly LHT 60cm. I posted this before, but the people replied with the fork length. I also called the factory in Minn. and nobody knew. Thanks for any replys.

Well, judging by the HT length from http://surlybikes.com/longhaul.html and adding the stack height and guessing at the stem/spacer height, I'd say it would have to be at least 9 inches- how long do you need it to be?
