Hey all,

I'm trying to put together a resource portal for new racers. I only know of a couple of good sites with racing tips and listings for local races, rides, and teams. One of them is Chicago Bike Racing (http://chicagobikeracing.com) and the other is Start Bike Racing (http://startbikeracing.com). These sites are local to Chicago and the Twin Cities respectively.

Thanks for your help.

The ECCC (http://www.eccc-info.com/) has a good amount of information in the "Ask a Pro" and FAQ sections. There are also some great PDFs linked from the Quaker City Wheelmen (http://www.quakercitywheelmen.org/) homepage.
