I stopped in at the local REI yesterday to see what they had for lights and was pleasantly surprised to see that they had a bunch of lights on clearance. I was interested in the Minewt and picked it up for $102. I was a few days late for the member's 20% off coupon, but the sales guy was nice enough to give me 10% off!

Not a bad light for $100!

I called other stores looking for another one and no stores in MN had them. The person I talked to verified that there are several stores around the country that had them, but would have to pay shipping.

I also bought an X2 to see what the difference is...
