Framebuilders - Apparently we finally learned how the bicycle works?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

This is only slightly silly. Most people have no grasp of what keeps their bike stable. ... And it's not the wheels.

Judging by the article, which is a little coy with it's info, it's not so much stable as dynamic. One simply stears oneself back to center, which I would have thought was an obvious fact to anyone who has observed the track a bicycle makes in lessor hands, where it appears to be two paths that cross regularly. A stable form would be more a trike, though I suppose it depends what kind of stability you have in mind.
I remember when rollers firtst came out, cyclist had difficulty using them because thentofore even experts did not particularly track in a straight line.
As far as falling over when too close to a curb is concerned, that can be corrected by dropping the outside bar without changing body or steering angle.
