Hey guys and gals,
Work forced a stress filled hiatus. I am far behind and Big Blue has gathered dust. Well I am back. Traveling is over.

My diet went to hell and I am far behind for RAGBRAI, but I am still doing it. My challenge is still on as well, even though I have no chance of winning the jersey.

How have you all been?

Glad you're back! And glad a brief interlude didn't lead to your quitting cycling :)

Hey! Glad to see you back. I rode from the Old Chain Of Rocks ridge to the Arch and back by way of the Riverfront Trail yesterday. Not a bad ride. 28 miles round trip.

Have you ever checked out the TrailNet site? You can plan out quite a few rides with it.
