Hello everyone,
I am a 56 year old electrician, dad, and recreational biker from just SW of Chicago. I happened on this wonderful site by accident. I am impressed with the wealth of information here and the nice people. Well I actually came here for a basic cyclocomputer recommendation but I started another thread for that.
My riding consists of 20-30 mile weekend day trips along the limestone trails of the Historic Illinois and Michigan Canal Path with my wife. Lots of water and wildlife to be seen along the way. Deer, endangered egrets and cormorants, some cows (well you have like cows in Illinois it's a law I think..:rolleyes:)...and oh yes corn stalks..:)
In closing I would just like to say I look forward to dealing with all of you on a regular basis to discuss the wonderful sport of cycling. Bike On!
