Cast is finally off. I have almost no range of motion in my left wrist, and I have to wear a removable split when I am doing active stuff, but at least the cast is off. :D
On a side note my picture is in LA times! I don't want it to be there, specially in that particular story, but oh well.

A bit but not much, my arms look like freaken sticks right now. :( Need to hit a gym once wrist gains some strength. Main difference is that hair on my left arm look black, and on right arm bleached out from the sun as usual. My tan lines are even more weird now.

Anyway, congrats!!! I was on crutches for almost 6 months, and I tell ya, my left leg is still significantly smaller than my right. Don't forget your PT! and recover fast!

Boy that cast was on for a long time! I remember you had it when we went for the first BF Norcal ride on July 4th! Hope you get better soon!
