Just got back on the saddle, a few years ago. My doc sent me to loose weight then started exercise. Did spinning but soon find out that the outdoor is great. Funny my second oldest brother always did bike....now we bike together as often we could. We live 5 hours apart. The cycling brought us back together as well. I ride a roadbike, but recently bought a vintage 3 speed. Need restoration, but i am planning to ride/ enjoy it as much i enjoy my roadbike.
