hey, everyone,
I found this site looking for info on a "SR Alpine Sport" frameset I picked up on eBay, so if anyone's heard of it, let me know if it's any good?
I just recently got back into mountain biking after years of being lazy. I also got a single speed road bike this summer that I love. It helped me win the "biggest loser" competition at work.
I also got myself some tools, so now I have a early 2000's Mongoose Rockadile (not a _mart bike) frame with early 90's Giant Youkon components all over it. Upgraded with a Rock Shox Dart fork, Sun Black-Eye wheels, and an Avid BB7 disc up front. Not amazing, but everything was dirt cheap or free...
I ride an old Schwinn World Sport single speed everywhere. In the garage there's a couple incomplete bmxs that I'm going to try to turn into 1 working bmx. And soon I'll have my Alpine Sport which will become a fixed gear.
anyone else on here in VT?
