Obviously new to this forum since I am posting here. I've been searching around the web, lurking on various bike forums, like this one the best so decided to register. I've been getting serious about riding for about the past year.
My road bike is a second-hand, mid-80's Bridgestone 400 that I use as an all around roady, including racing a couple of duathlons on it (I'm way slow). Want to start doing some distance rides, century and beyond.
Mtn. bike is a late 90's Gary Fisher Kai Tai that I use for trail rides and as part of the mtb team for the search and rescue group I volunteer with
I live just outside the Portland, OR metro area, always looking for ride partners.
