Does anyone ride in the drops using bar ends? And if so, what are they (the bars)?
From some tinkering around I'm thinking I might want to give riding mainly in the drops a shot, but bars that are associated with that, like on-one mary's, flar out so much bar-ends don't seem like a good idea. So are there any bars out there with shallow drops that work well with bar-end shifters?

I use Salsa short-n-shallow bars with bar-end shifter. Works fine.
My other bike has Nitto Randonneur bars, I think they'd work well with bar-ends too. I have the bars set up pretty high, so reaching the brakes from the drops is pretty comfortable (photo (http://i68.photobucket.com/albums/i6/heatherandsteve/BhamSummer2007/IMG_1397.jpg)).

I've used the WTB Dirt Drops with bar-ends, and now Salsa Bell Lap bars. I have the bars set just a tad higher than usual, and I've become far more comfortable in the drops than on the hoods.
I love my WTB Dirt Drops.
It seems like bar ends woudn't be too bad to use, but I am using Sram Rival double tap levers.
Just don't tell the manager of my shop that they are called brifters. His head might explode.

I believe that you must mean On-One's "Midge" bar. The Mary is a "flat" bar.
Anyway-- I ride the Midge drop bar on my 'cross and MTB and have bar-end shifters on the MTB. They work very well there. Not in the way of knees, easy to get to. In fact the Midge bar seems designed with bar-end shifters in mind.

Midge is ideal for barcons. If it's set up as intended, you're always in the drops, and the shifters are right there.
In fact, whatever you choose, I would adjust the bars such that the drops are a comfortable place to be a lot of the time.
