Could you make links more visible in users' posts? Often it's hard to know what to click if they add a hyperlink to a word. Not all browsers are set to underline every link until hovered over, either.

What browser are you using? I don't seem to have any problem finding the hyperlink, even though my browser (IE) doesn't pick them up by hovering either. You can always 'reply' to a post if you think there's a hidden link, though. That will make them show up too.

I use IE, and I don't see the links. They seem to be the same color as surrounding text. Maybe if they were just blue or red or whatever it'd make it a little better.
Maybe you could change your browser settings to underline links.
