The weather was gorgeous. It was my first time doing six gap, and only second ride trip in real mountains, and at 185 I'm kind of a porker, but I had a ball. Most of my friends were announcing time goals, but I chose not to have one and just focus on trying to finish. The end result was I had a sub 6:00 mountain century (ride time) and a blast.

Hogpen is a bear, but it really wasn't as bad as I was psyched up about, but it sure wasn't easy..

We're already planning on doing it again next year.

Hogpen is a booger. I've attempted BBB twice and haven't finished either time. I'm also a porker and need to lose some weight before I attempt it again. It'll be June next year and I'm already pumped about it.
