Oh my, now I'm depressed. I thought I was cycling to increase my fitness, lower my wieght, and control my cholesteral, and for fun. Now I find out I'm actually having a mid-life crisis!!!!
If it increases your life expectancy to over 103, is it still considered a mid-life crisis?

Depends, are you 51.5?

I think a rule requiring a cyclist to put a foot down at every stop sign doesn't make sense. It isn't difficult to stay still on a bike that isn't moving for at least a few seconds, usually long enough to check for traffic.

You have to put yourself in the stupid drivers shoes. If they see you sitting at a light or stop sign, with BOTH feet in the peddles, they don't don't know what your going to do.If one foot is down, they know your stopped or going to yield the right-of-way.It's the bicycling equevilant of a rolling stop.
