Bought it yesterday as an impulse purchase for an upcoming TT and tri.
But, there's no instructions on how to fill it, and I'm hesitant to yank hard on the top piece after spending that much money. :o

I finally figured it out. You just have to twist the top section 90 degrees until it eventually pops loose.
